Well-being Wednesday | National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is a time to celebrate healthy food choices and take time to develop mindful eating patterns.

There are a multitude of ways to get involved such as:
* Make a pledge to prepare a new fruit or vegetable dish each week.
* Plant a few seeds and start a vegetable garden
* Gather family and friends to volunteer at a food bank

At Bon Appétit, our collaborative team of chefs, dietitians, and managers follow a set of kitchen principles that bring the key messages of National Nutrition Month into the Pacific Café every day!
