To celebrate our partnership with Beans is How\, a global campaign to double bean consumption by 2028\, we’re hosting a battle of the beans to showcase unique ways to incorporate beans into everyday recipes. We’re also going to be on the patio to teach some bean literacy with a bean identification game! \nIn addition to our “bean-tastic” event\, you can shop our hyper-local farmers market without leaving campus.\nSwing by to meet our local farm and artisan partners. \nFarmer Nic Romano of Villa Romano Green Farms will be here with a farm stand offering local produce and honey.\nLarder Baking will be sampling their delicious hand-crafted artisan baked goods.\nShakti Natural Nutrition will feature Ayurveda-focused products like teas and healthy snacks.
